Return and Policy
At Cat Dog Jungle, we want your experience with us to be a pleasant one-which is why we've made our returns policy as simple as possible. And if for some reason things don't go quite to plan, we have a dedicated customer service team to make everything right again!

We accept returns for up to 30 days from purchase, providing unopened, in original condition (including packaging) and with no pet hair. For these purchases you can return your order for exchange or store credit.
You can return your order for refund or an exchange if the item is faulty, not fit for the intended purpose or not as pictured on the website. Items returned after 30 days may not qualify for a refund, or may incur an extra restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for the cost of an item return, unless there was an error on our behalf. Due to the nature of curriers, it may cost more to send an item back to us than us shipping it out to you.
A Cat Dog Jungle customer service representative must be contacted before returning goods. We can only offer refunds when we have arranged pickup and return through our currier service.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it ships out. However, once item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Custom Pet Portrait Returns
Due to the customized nature of the products we create at Cat Dog Jungle, we cannot offer returns on custom portraits. Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your pet.
If you are unhappy with your final product, please get in touch with us. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we will work to ensure you're happy with the final masterpiece.
In the event that you received the wrong product, an incorrect size, or print, or if your product was damaged during transit, we will promptly replace it without question. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order in such cases.
We offer unlimited edits to the photo and costume you originally ordered. Unlimited revisions refer to small changes that can be made to the artwork. If you require a substantial change (e.g., a new photo or costume/ product change), you have the option to either change the photo OR change the costume only once per order. If you wish to use a third photo for your pet's artwork or want change the costume for the third time, our customer support team can send you an invoice of $10 to cover the creation of the new artwork.
If you have recently placed an order and have change your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hour. If 24 hours have passed, the cancellation will be granted at our discretion. Our artists often begin work as soon as you place your order, which is why a cancellation fee of $10 may be charges if the artwork has already been created for your order,
Please be aware that when we create your artwork, we use the photo you uploaded with your order. it is responsibility to submit a high-quality photo that adheres to our submission guidelines. Low-quality photos may result in lower quality artwork. While we allow for notes to be added to orders, we cannot guarantee that all special requests will be adhered to. For example, we cannot edit a photo to close or open a mouth add a smile, etc. However, we can remove red-eye, edit eye color, and accommodate other reasonable requests.
Please note that all examples on our site were made from high-quality, high-resolution photos. Blurry, low-quality photos may not allow our design team to produce the high-quality finish you see on our site.
